to create a CRM platform designed specifically to streamline lead acquisition for businesses. Their
goal was to enable companies to effortlessly gather relevant leads from platforms like Google,
websites, LinkedIn, and other digital sources, all within a centralized system. To support the
diverse needs of European businesses, the solution required a subscription-based model, integrated
with secure payment processing via Stripe.
Custom Scraping Based on Subscription Plans:
A key challenge was to scrape relevant lead data from various websites, while
adhering to the limits set by each user’s subscription. For instance, platforms like Indeed.com
might have 100 available job openings, but if the user subscribed to a plan that only allowed access
to 20 leads, the system needed to accurately restrict scraping to that limit.
Diverse Data sources:
Gathering reliable lead information from multiple sources like Google,
LinkedIn, Indeed.com, Yellowpages.com, and company details from platforms such as Northdata.com and
